No. It is recommended that you continue to take your medications. If at a later date, it is determined that you can decrease
or eliminate your medications, then we would collaborate with your physician or recommend that you adjust your dosing
with your physician.
Do I need to quit all of my unhealthy habits immediately?
No. Our goal is to provide you with support, knowledge and guidance to best obtain your health care goals. The most effective
path to optimal health is the one that works for you.
When will I get better?
Everyone has his or her own response to healing. Generally speaking, the longer you've had a disease, the longer it will take to get better.
Usually people will notice improvements in the first three weeks.
